Charter rates
Charter rates are in Euro and referring to weekly charter period, including:
- VAT
- Each yacht has the following equipment: VHF, Radio CD/MP3, GPS, Autopilot, Echo sounder, Speedometer, Dinghy, Warm water supply, Spray hood, Bimini,solar panels.
Charter rates do not include:
- Fuel, water, provisioning, gas bottles, extra linen running expenses & mooring fees
- Transfer services from Airport to Base.
Payments
A down payment of 50% will secure your reservation. Final payment of the charter fee is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
The Down payment should be done within 3 days by wire transfer -without surcharge- or on line payment with credit card -with related credit card fee on top.
Means of payment
Payment can be made using the following means of payment:
Bank Transfer: Jeta Sailing account details are provided on the booking confirmation and accept payment in form of bank transfer. If payment is made by bank transfer, it is the responsibility of the charterer to ensure that the correct amount is transferred (in reference to exchange rates for EUR € prices and commision charge of the Bank).
Credit card(s):Credit cards usually accepted are “Mastercard” and “Visa”. (Warning Payment using credit card is accepted in accordance with the limits authorized by your credit card issuer). The credit card holder must be identified as the charterer (the “main renter” to be mentioned on the booking agreement) OR needs to have written consent in the form of a third party authorization form for use of another’s credit card.
Security Deposit
The refundable Security Deposit 2.500 euro is required upon embarkation and will cover any damage or loss of the yacht and her equipment during the cruise.
This can be provided either in cash or via a valid credit card . Upon disembarkation and inspection of the yacht, the amount of the deposit is returned to the client (unblocked from credit card in case of use of card). The amount of the deposit specifies the amount that the client is liable for damages upon the yacht.
Insurance
All boats are insured against:
- Risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to hull, machinery and equipment
- Third party liability
- Sea pollution liability
Cancellation Policy
Period
Between 60 & 30 days before embarkation
Less than 30 days before embarkation
Fee
50% of the total charter fee
100% of the total charter fee
